What a gem of a place! I took my father’s old watch in for a repair, and I was worried it might not be worth saving, but the team here worked wonders. The repair was completed in a reasonable timeframe, and I was thrilled to see it restored to its former glory. The only critique I have is that the waiting area could use a bit more seating, especially on busy days. Nevertheless, I left feeling extremely satisfied, and my dad hasn’t stopped wearing his watch since! I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for quality work and a personal touch.
